About Dr. Justin Grissom
Dr. Justin Grissom is a diligent family physician and primary care doctor who approaches patient care with compassion and positivity. He deals with the sick and ailing of people of Conroe, TX in a calm and composed manner and encourages them to discuss their problems freely. Presently, he sees patients at Houston Methodist Primary Care Group Conroe and is an affiliate of Houston Methodist the Woodlands Hospital.
Dr. Grissom attended medical school at the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and then went on to pursue a residency in family medicine at Lone Star Family Health Center. He attends to patients’ general medical needs, including routine physical exams, flu shots, travel medicine, diagnostic screening and testing, treatment of allergies, and other medical conditions.
Dr. Grissom is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians. He is also an esteemed member of the American Osteopathic Association. He always provides comprehensive care to his patients and emphasizes preventative care for all.

Wait time was less than five minutes, everything was super fast. Dr Grissom actually listened and genuinely cared about me which I have never received from a Doctor. I was very pleased to have him as my doctor, the blood work was done at the same office I didn’t have to go anywhere else.

I usually get anxiety before a dr visit but this was different from the beginning. Great check in staff quickly arranged all the first visit paperwork and was immediately called in to the exam room. The nurse listened to me carefully about my history, asked appropriate questions and quickly copied documentation. Dr Grissom is very quiet and listens to all of my concerns asked numerous questions and even diagnosed a problem I thought was something else and prescribed a new drug to hopefully eliminate the issue. Truly feel very luck to have been referred to such a caring thoughtful doctor.
