Absolutely love Dr. May! Immediately updated my PCP to her after the appointment! She was kind, knowledgeable, and explained everything without any judgement or condescension.

I have been to see Kaitlyn May numerous times now and she provides consistent care, never had to wait more then five minutes to be seen in the waiting room or exam room. She is extremely conscientious and stays on top of testing that needs to be done and is an excellent listener. I highly recommend her to anyone. The only drawback is that she doesn’t except children; teenagers and up only.

I love seeing Kaitlyn May. I recently moved to the area and booked an appointment with her to get my prescriptions refilled since I hadn’t found a PCP here yet, and she is wonderful. She is extremely approachable and a great listener. I’ve had negative experiences with medical staff in other offices in the past where they don’t listen to me or make me feel like they have tons of patients after me to see, but Kaitlyn is always so attentive and clearly explains what she is doing. I had another appointment with her today and it was the same way. I will continue to see her again.

Made this appointment because I needed a last minute check up for some paperwork was not expecting much but It’s was actually a great experience. From the moment I walked in the door I was seen right at my appointment time no wait. Staff was great treated me as a long time patient even though it was my first time. If location was closer to home would make my primary care physician.
