About Kari Hegg
Board-certified Physician Assistant Kari Hegg practices medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology. She has two decades of experience as a Physician Assistant. Prior to Pinnacle Dermatology, Kari worked for providers including Forefront Dermatology, Allina Health, and Target Corporation Urgent Health. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology from St. Catherine University in St. Paul, MN, and a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of New England.
In dermatology, Kari’s extensive experience includes providing comprehensive skin cancer screenings, treating benign lesions, and developing treatment plans for acne, psoriasis, eczema, persistent rashes, and more. She is also skilled in aesthetics, performing neurotoxin treatments such as BOTOX® and Dysport.

They didn't know I was there for my appointment. Not sure if it was the lady at the desk or your program. I also was told to arrive early for medical history update and nothing was done prior to my visit.

As a first time patient to this practice I felt welcomed and at ease! Staff was very helpful and professional. I expected I may have to come back for another appointment for my underarm cyst but Kari took care of it right away today as well as assessing the red bumps on my face and prescribing a cream to help with that!! She was awesome!!
