Katelyn Gray is a dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Regis University. Since beginning her practice in 2022, Katelyn has focused on providing compassionate and personalized mental health care to her patients. She is the founder of Sannyasa by Gray Mental Health, a practice inspired by the concept of "Sannyasa," the fourth Ashram in Buddhism, which represents the epitome of love and self-understanding.

Katelyn is specialized in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD.
Although not a Buddhist herself, Katelyn embraces the philosophy of Sannyasa, which advocates for creating perfect love within oneself and extending it to others. She believes that through deep self-understanding, individuals can lead meaningful, fulfilling lives. Katelyn is committed to guiding her patients and helping them achieve this sense of inner peace
What is your typical process for working with clients?
Upon first meeting you I want to get to know you and your history. We will establish your goals and needs and then find a plan that best suites you. Whether we establish goals with medication management or through therapy we will find the best fit for you.

Katelyn is absolutely the best! After suffering with mental health issues for the past 20 years I have seen dozens and dozens of doctors, therapist, psychiatrist etc…
Tried god knows how many medications… Then pretty much gave up on the process and was at the point of just trying to press on through life with my issues. About a year ago I made an appointment with Katelyn. Right away I got a feeling of hope. She asked me questions nobody else had, brought up treatment plans and actually listened when I voiced my opinions and concerns. She took the time to listen to me and address what was bothering me and what my struggles were. I felt heard. I felt cared for. I felt a sense of relief that I finally found the right person who actually cared about me. My life has been so much better after being on the right medications. Katelyn is by far the best! Professional! Compassionate! Caring! I cold go on and on! I am so thankful to her!
