This is a great eye clinic. Dr. Chen was friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. The receptionist had all of the insurance paperwork ready and verified. She was very welcoming. The gentleman doing the eye fitting was great as well. I Highly recommend Dr.Chen and her staff for your next eye exam!!

I was never given an email of my prescription, or written copy! I was never sent pictures of my inner eyes that I was told would be emailed so that I could bring them to my doctor appt yesterday. I called at 3:00pm and the store was closed!

Dr. Katherine was extremely friendly, welcoming and patient! She explained everything about my eye exam and new contacts in depth and made the appt very smooth and easy. Already looking forward to coming back next time!

I have been to quite a few eye Optometrists over the years and none have done a more masterful eye exam consultation than Dr Katherine Chin. Her bed side manner is outstanding in the way she puts her patients at ease regarding their issues that they are seeking her evaluation and critique of. She employs great visual aids to clearly explain the patient’s condition and she knows how to articulate things in clear layman’s terms. More important, she takes the time to listen and empathize to gain her patients trust and respect. I would give her 6 stars if possible and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a highly skilled Optometrist.
