About Dr. Hajera Khan

Dr. Hajera Khan was born and raised in Hanover Park, Illinois. She completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with a minor in Neuroscience at Loyola University Chicago. She then went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry degree at Chicago College of Optometry. Dr. Khan completed her rotations in a variety of settings, including an OD/MD practice, a private practice, a corporate practice specializing in binocular vision/vision therapy and fitting specialty contact lenses, and an Indian Health Service (IHS) facility. This experience has shaped her to have a well-rounded approach to patient care. Dr. Khan is passionate about providing patient-centered care and values spending time with each patient to address concerns and ensure a clear understanding of diagnoses and treatment options. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, reading, enjoying a good matcha, and traveling.
