I visited this office expecting to use a different insurance provider, which required a referral I didn’t have. However, I also had TRICARE, which doesn’t require a referral and should have been accepted. I clearly explained this and provided my DoD ID number and ID, but the staff seemed determined not to help me and asked for a specific TRICARE card. This is unnecessary and every place I’ve gone two in two decades uses my DOD ID.
This was incredibly frustrating because they accepted TRICARE. The unwillingness to even try to assist made it clear the receptionist was not interested in helping. If customer service is such a burden, maybe it’s time to find a different job.
Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

The whole purpose of our appointment was to help with weight loss, she refused to help me once my insurance didn’t accept injectable medications. She stated she would, but refused to help me so I needed to see another doctor. Waste of time

I was not familiar with this practice, but after three weeks of feeling horrible with a cold, I decided to go on Zocdoc. I was able to find a provider that took my insurance and worked with my schedule. She was very thorough and asked great questions. She also told me that if I was not feeling better very soon that I should have a follow up in real life with the doctor, I would highly recommend the service and this PA
