While at Columbia she was assistant team physician to Columbia University Athletics. Dr. Vadasdi has been honored as a Castle Connolly America’s Top Doctor and Regional Top Doctor annually since 2014. In 2017, she was the recipient of the Fairfield County Doctor of Distinction Award and was named among the Exceptional Woman in Medicine by Castle Connolly. In 2019, Dr. Vadasdi was honored with a Women Who Inspire award from the Greenwich YWCA.
