Kathleen Masella was awesome... better than any ENT that I have seen for my sinus issues. As a nurse practitioner, she offered better advice than the doctors I have seen. I use a steroid nasal spray and an antihistamine spray for my sinus issues... she suggested I use the sprays within 10 minutes of each other as opposed to morning and night. I feel so much better and am very thankful for her great advice.
