Excellent service , I really felt comfortable talking to Dr Kathren Rottluff . The only complaint I have is the music is to loud and not easy listening . But overall I am glad I found a Dr. I trust and found the cause and treatment for my issue . I had been to other Dr's, that had no clue and my issue was not fully addressed , needless to say here I am . Feeling excited to get my confidence back , I have faith in Dr. Kathren Rottluff . I have already recommended Dr. Rottluff to a few people .

I had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Rottluff and will make a point to see her for any future dermatology needs. The Westlake Dermatology office was very clean and had a pleasant ambiance. I scheduled my appointment within my lunch break and was able to run over there and get back to work within an hour. 10/10 experience!

Dr. Chaney is very detailed with my case. If you touch me anywhere I immediately itch and scratch. She is dealing with 3 areas of my skin. It is a complicated case and she is definitely trying to help me out here. She listens and she advises what protocol to use. I had 2 choices. I chose the shots. I go back in 2 weeks. She is so willing to help me. I pray we can get to the bottom of all of this. She did give me much needed information today. I really like her and her staff.

Dr. Rottluff was very knowledgeable and had 3 theories she is going to investigate. My rash comes as it pleases and with a terrible vengeance. She prescribed two medications that I use on my skin since I am already on 32 medications. She wants to see me in 3 weeks to see if there is any progress. She explained all the steps that could still come in the future. Very cordial, listened to my story of frustration of not getting any better, and was very encouraging and gave me hope!! She told me what it wasn't. That was a relief!! I know she will get to the bottom of this disorder and help me.

Great experience. The wait was longer than expected but the staff communicated well and let me know they were running behind with a patient which was 100% understandable!
