Overall a great experience at this office. We got called back while still filling out forms. Doctor listened to our questions/concerns and gave very thoughtful answers. I left feeling a lot more educated on what I went in for consultation on. Would definitely recommend this practice!
The doctor asked a lot of.good questions that we have never been asked. She proceeded to irrigate the ears and cleared things up for us. Very positive experience and I recommend
They didn’t have the right date of my appointment

Dr. Colman is great at listening to my concerns regarding my son and his current issues. She took the time to check him out and rule out any underlying conditions.
She's great

Excellent!
Verified patient
Dr. Colman was friendly, shook my hand, and was relatable. Dr. May was also great at explaining my test results and offering next steps. Both Doctors were great!

My actual appointment was fine, but the atmosphere in the office was terrible. I overheard staff refer to me in a derogatory manner that the doctor was seemingly okay with because she said nothing against it.
Went to see Dr.Coleman about potentially needing a tonsillectomy after my primary care doctor encouraged me to seek out an ENT. When I was called in I was not put into a room but rather what appeared to be a stockroom? There were other nurses and doctors walking in and out to grab supplies during my visit. Dr Coleman only spoke to me for about 5 minutes total, did not listen to me telling her about my history of strep throat or my primary care doctor's concerns. She recommended I do an expensive overnight sleep apnea study. Would not recommend.
Verified patient
She was nice but this was a waste. I asked her about treatment for snoring and was only suggested widely used OTC solutions. I said I had used them and didn't have much confidence that they would have an effect but she didn't have any other suggestions and just said I should come back in two months. Why I'm not sure. Is that when I get the better options or advice? I asked her about a frenectomy to correct a tethered tongue and she said she didn't know anything about it. I know this is something not all ENTs perform but I expected at least a basic knowledge of this procedure but she seemed dismissive and uninterested. I asked about excessive ear wax and she cleaned them out. No mention of the charge was discussed and when I got the bill it was pretty outrageous for 10 min with the doctor and a 2 minute ear cleaning, which was billed as two surgeries. I called the office to inquire about that and they said yep that's correct. Sooo I went ahead and cancelled that second appointment immediately.

As always, EXCELLENT on every level.

Professional, accurate diagnosis; good for me.
Verified patient
Very pleasant and accommodating. Only negative was waiting about 40 minutes past my appointment time, but it ended up being a wash since they were able to do imaging right away on site.
Verified patient
She was extremely friendly. She explained the diagnosis, etiology and what to expect in the future. My 5 week old daughter was the patient. When she needed to nurse, I was taken to a conference room for privacy. This place is amazing.
Verified patient
Dr. Colman was extremely informative and helpful. We really appreciated her advice and expertise in helping us decide how to address our son's tongue tie.
Verified patient
Dr. Colman and her staff is great except for the ladies who Register the patients in the front, whenever I get there for my daughter appointment I always have to stand there for a while before they acknowledged me and the weird part about that is that they are never busy with a patient they are always busy among themselves.
Verified patient
Same as before, great

The entire experience was incredible! I’m not sure I have ever had such a pleasant experience- start to finish, this office and Dr. Colman were AMAZING!!
Verified patient
Very efficient.
Dr Colman took the time to listen to my concerns and try to figure out the issues. I did not feel rushed and did not have to wait long to see her.
My daughter had an issue with her nose; I was able to make an appointment with Dr. Colman over the weekend via ZocDoc, for the following Tuesday. My wife took my daughter, and reported that Dr. Colman was exceptionally good with my daughter, and was all-around great. And they did not have to wait. My wife had nothing but good things to say about the visit!

Thorough. Caring. Professional.

The doctors assistant was very nice and welcoming. The doctor was very informative and answered all of my questions right away.

Dr. Colman is a very personable, professinoal, and efficient MD who provided me with excellent treatment. I had gone to two different APN's for a seemingly standard impacted ear canal treatment, but whatever the APN's were doing only made my condition worse and prolonged. Immediately upon meeting Dr. Colman, she listened with interest and intent, did a comprehensive check up and effectively extracted the blockage. I was passed from practitioner to practitioner for 4 days. Imagine never having hearing issues, but enduring hearing loss for that amount of time with no help or assurance. Dr. Colman immediately helped and gave me the reassurance that everything was "OK". Based on this experience alone, I would highly recommend a visit with Dr. Colman - either adult or pediatric.
Verified patient
Very efficient visit -- minimal time spent in the general waiting room, and the doctor saw me within minutes of my being brought to a private waiting room. I'd never been to an ENT before ,and Dr Colman was very communicative throughout my visit. I was out of there with a diagnosis no more than 30-40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, having run through a few tests while there, too.

As a new patient, I was happy to find that the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming even though they were busy the afternoon I was there. I waited about an hour, but they were apologetic for the wait, and I think the delay was mostly caused by my insurance company and not them. Dr. Colman was friendly and easy to talk to. She answered my questions well, and I left feeling positively about the appointment. My appointment was pretty brief and I felt a little bit rushed, but I would definitely go back and recommend to anyone needing an ENT doctor!
Verified patient
Very short wait after filling out new patient paperwork. Dr. Colman was great, quickly resolved an ear infection issue that 3 previous dr visits failed to remedy (to be fair the other 3 were not specialists).
Very thorough and nice.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Colman! There is never a long wait time and her bedside manner is great. She is efficient and very open to questions and concerns you might have.
I would recommend her to anyone looking for ENT doc. She was personable and extremely patient. Took very good care of me! Thank you!

Dr. Colman and the staff were excellent. My 4 year old had a terrible experience with another doctor so our pediatrician recommended Dr. Colman....it was an excellent experience all around.
Verified patient
I went for my follow up, and like the first appointment this one was great too. The appointment was quick, professional, and I left feeling assured I had the best care possible. Dr. Colman remembered me and my situation right away and spent time making sure I got everything I needed even though it was a very busy day for the office. I would recommend her to anybody who needs any ENT care.
