Very friendly staff during stressful time between Thanksgiving and Christmas. When I arrived at the doctor's office (walking distance from my house) and got there early, there was a young man, maybe 18-21 years old having a breakdown, because he was late for his appointment and started to get rude to the receptionist.
This was while I was already there early. The receptionist handled the problem with aplomb and the young man calmed down and confided that he had been undergoing a large amount of stress and had to Uber to the doctor's office.
The doctor that I met diagnosed the problem immediately for me and prescribed me prescription ibuprofen from a bad fall and calmed my fear of having fallen on concrete at night.
One comment is that I would have wished the doctor would have recommended also homeopathic remedies, but she ignored my request.
Otherwise, the service was excellent and I will be returning!

Dr Kalidindi took the time to understand my needs and she was very personal and even shared a joke with me. I was looking for another PCP to replace to the I have for my mom. Customer service is everything to meet clients feel safe and taken care of, and the Dr and her staff did a good job. I’ll be back. They were also able to see me on a Sunday which is convenient for patients.

Receptionist/medical assistant was lovely! Very nice and made me feel comfortable explaining my concerns. My Doctor was a 10/10!! She answered all my questions and even refilled my anxiety medication. I was a brand new patient and I’m from New York I was not expecting to get my meds so easily but I am so thankful my doctor was able to make that accommodation for me. I even booked my GYN exam. This office is a one stop shop.
