My professional practice includes individual psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults with a wide variety of concerns including ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, anxiety depression, and life transitions. I also conduct psychological assessments for children and adults.
I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who provides individual therapy and psychological evaluations for a variety of mental health concerns. Common presenting concerns that I work with include Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), behavioral issues, depression, anxiety, religious issues, and assisting individuals adjust to common life transitions. I have experience using Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis, and the DIR model. I work to adapt my approach to best meet the needs of each client.
In addition to providing individual psychotherapy, I also conduct psychological evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. These evaluations are helpful in identifying learning disorders, ADHD, ASD, mental health concerns, or personality issues. These evaluations assist in better understanding the individual so they can receive appropriate services.
My goals in therapy and psychological assessment are to help people understand themselves better in order to assist them in overcoming difficult situations and achieving their goals.
