My journey to becoming a mental health provider began with growing up in poverty and experiencing multiple traumatic events. As I reflected on my childhood as an adult, I realized that I often felt alone. I came to understand that many people, despite their hardships, were able to move forward and shape their lives into what they wanted them to be. I feel that I can relate to a lot of my patients, and my patients—most importantly—report feeling heard. That is the biggest honor that I get, helping them in their journeys toward balance and wellness.
I specialize in wellness approaches using vitamins and minerals and traditional Western medicine options. I'm goal-oriented and want clients who like to develop a relationship with their provider.
I will meet everyone on their path and we will work toward whatever makes you feel comfortable. I also offer flexible scheduling with day, evening, and weekend appointments which clients report to me that they love!
Trained at Kent State University (actively enrolled in their DNP program) with a focus on integrating psychotherapy and psychopharmacology, she excels in delivering personalized treatment plans with proven effectiveness.
