About Keela Weeks Leger
A native Georgian, Keela Weeks Leger is a Nurse Practitioner with many years of experience. She earned her Master's in Family Health Nursing from Kennesaw State University. Her background is in Internal Medicine, Hypertension, and Nephrology, with a special interest in Preventative Care and Mental Health. Keela is Board Certified by the AANP as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
Keela is part of our research team and takes pride in giving back to the community through her church, animal rescue, and precepting Nurse Practitioner students from Kennesaw State University and the University of Alabama. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor sports and spending time with family and friends.

Keela is great, her bedside manner is very pleasant and my husband and I both love how relatable she is. Keela treats us in a way of looking at big picture vs. just throwing different meds at us which is very important.
