The NP reply/summary is not true . I didn’t want any narcotics in the first place , that lets you know he’s not thorough in his assessments, also he was late as well.
That is an incorrect accusation and I resent it. therefore I feel he’s not trustworthy . He ran off several meds I could take and I asked him what is his recommendation, nothing more.
He didn’t listen well , I ask him for guidance and he became inpatient. He said I had complete ROM which is incorrect. I told him I am able to turn and move
because I was off pain meds only.I told him the meds that I was taking wasn’t working or does he think I gave it enough time, he then became/appeared annoyed and that Is when I said I don’t like your care you are not listening.
And then for him to right a report as if I wanted a narcotic. I don’t take narcotics , therefore he will place his faults on the patient .
He tried to change when I said I was a nurse but it was too late. He never even asked if I had allergies, just non caring. Tell him to not to lie on his patients to save himself.
That was unethical. I will not recommend, and it is disgusting to see a NP place judgment or falsely accuse someone due to his negligence and he took no accountability Don’t ever falsify documentation.
