Terrible experience. She was very rude and made insensitive comments. She did not get back to me about my serious lab results for 3 and a half weeks. Had a very nonchalant attitude. I had a concern about a bump on my breast and she said “ I’ll put in for an ultrasound because I’m not paying for it”. Would not recommend Keisha.

This was the best OBGYN office I've been to. The staff was so kind and made me feel comfortable. Very spacious waiting area. I also loved seeing a staff from various walks of life - that made me feel like I was more likely to be heard and seen.
I'll admit that the wait for my doctor was longer than expected. However, it was worth the wait. Keisha was very attentive during her time with me and even took notes and asked follow up questions - truly a first for me. While going through the examination, she requested permission for her actions and OMG was that refreshing. Following the exam, she allowed amble time for us to talk and made plenty of room to follow up thoughts and questions. Definitely will go back.

I absolutely recommend Keisha for any trans masculine, non binary, ftm, or otherwise non-comforming AFAB folks to see her for any gyno related care. Her and her assistant were amazing, welcoming, and helped me push through the anxiety I was feeling. Warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and authentic is how I would describe Keisha and her team.

This was my third or so experience at this office, but the first in 3 years and I saw a new provider. Throughout the visit I felt the staff were nonjudgmental and encouraged me to advocate for myself. Particularly the doctor, who was very kind and helped guide me to the correct screening. Overall, I’m happy with my visit and would definitely recommend this doctor.

They did not verify my insurance before me showing up. I got there 15 minutes before my appt filled out some forms, etc. Then I was told by the front desk they couldn't verify my insurance on the computer so they had to call my insurance and due to that I had to reschedule my appointment. NOT ACCEPTABLE. I took work off, not even to mention it takes weeks to get this appt. What an awful experience. I never got seen. I uploaded my insurance card ONE WEEK prior to my appointment- this is a lack of preparation on their end.
It is so easy to be on their end and reschedule appts left and right. You guys are dealing with people and their health- awful.

Keisha DeLeon-Paris and the entire staff at Intermountain Health Central Park Clinic - OB-GYM were phenomenal. The communication prior to the appointment helped reduce what I needed to complete upon my arrival. By the time I finished my new patient paperwork, I was whisked back for my appointment. Every single person I met was kind, professional, and made you feel heard. Keisha took the time to go over my medical and family history in detail, as well as discuss other aspects of my care outside of my visit for the day. Once we started my exam, she was thorough in her explanation and made sure to walk me through everything to ensure my comfort and safety. Highly recommend this provider for your women’s wellness care.

Absolutely terrible office staff and bedside manner. older black woman at front desk had attitude at 0745 am complete with eye-rolling and muttering under her breath . MA was dry, left door open during pt hx and never told dr. I was waiting. Uncomfortable experience to say the least. This is the third time I’ve been to this clinic and every time they make it feel like an inconvenience to them.
