Appointments related to hearing issues, clogged sensations, or ringing in the ears may require an audio exam during your visit. These must be scheduled directly with our office to properly evaluate your concerns.

I only visit Dr Basler when it comes to my ENT issues. I even left a Doctor in New Jersey to visit Dr. Basler. Dr Basler understood the issue and handled it quickly and perfectly. I will only visit him when I need assistance.

The office called to reschedule my appointment for an earlier time. They said it was because he was going into surgery. When I met with the doctor he said he was sick and went home.
While he was thorough and knowledgeable, he made me feel very rushed and I had to stop him to slow down so I could ask questions.

The office was clean and staff were friendly. The doctor only saw me for a maximum of about 3 minutes before hurrying me along. My rating is based solely on the doctor’s bedside manner, poor communication and non-interest in my concerns.

The audiologist was friendly and helpful; however, the doctor was terrible. Due to my issue, I've seen many ENT's in the past 6 months and this one was by far the worst. Extremely short, unhelpful, and I felt like I was wasting his time. I regret visiting this office and will NOT be back. Do not recommend.

Amazing service, really easy process. All of them were really friendly. When you get in the office you have to fill a quick questionnaire on a kindle/ IPad so they know better your symptoms or if you are allergic to anything. Then you get in a room when is time ( less than 15 minutes) and wait for the doctor. Doctor was amazing and smart , he takes the time to listen to the concerns and the actual symptoms of the patient. To pick up the medicine after that is such an easy process. I’m really satisfied because it was my first time with a specialist and I was really scared and nervous , but they made me feel that I shouldn’t not be worried about anything because they are ready to help

Dr. Basinger listened to my rather fuzzy description of what ails me, did a thorough inspection and several interesting tests, identified an issue that I had not mentioned and gave what appears to be a logical diagnosis along with corrective actions. This is my new ENT go-to guy.

By the way I was taken in exactly on time! Who does that anymore? No overbooking here!
I found Dr Keith Basler to be warm caring and concerned about my issues. He explained in detail his plan to address my pain and get me on the road to recovery
At no point did he not explain what he was doing and put me at ease. I was feeling better already

Dr. Basler is a great doctor that truly cares about his patients. I came to see him because I was suffering from chronic sinus infections that would keep coming back. Dr. Basler came up with a plan for me and we tackled the chronic infections with treatment, but unfortunately the treatments didn't work and I needed surgery. The surgery went great and I followed through with all of the instructions I was given and healed very quickly. I recently came to see Dr. Basler a few months after my surgery with another sinus infection and he took such great care of me. I don't normally like coming to doctors, but I always feel at ease and in good hands when I see him.
