The visit went well. Everyone at the practice was very helpful, caring and patient. Especially Christina, she is the best. The front desk was very friendly and polite. The person in charge of MRI was super nice too, he made sure I was comfortable while getting my MRI. Doc Chan was great, he saw my MRI the same day I had it done to save me another trip back to the office. One other plus point is that the practice has MRI service, it saved me the trouble of going somewhere else considering I have difficulty moving around with my injury. Overall, I'm very impressed with the level of service.

Dr. Chan is joining CPOSM after leaving a successful sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery practice in Sacramento. Hailing from San Francisco, he is excited to return to the city he calls home. Dr. Chan developed a keen interest in shoulders and hips which began during training at NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases under the tutelage of Dr. Joseph Zuckerman and further refined his clinical and surgical skills during his Sports Medicine fellowship at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute where he trained with world-renowned pioneers of arthroscopy such as Dr. Stephen Snyder and Dr. Richard Ferkel.
Dr. Chan is well-versed on the latest nonoperative and operative treatments for all shoulder, hip and knee conditions. His special interests include arthroscopic treatment for difficult shoulder problems including instability and massive rotator cuff tears. He also has a special interest in arthroscopic hip surgery for femoroacetabular impingement and labral tears.

Super efficient. I was in and out within an hour! X-rays on site and doc recommended PT instead of charging me for an MRI. Highly recommended.

This visit was such a breeze. There was minimal paper work and little waiting time. I came in for a neck injury and left with proper care. Dr. Chan was personable, efficient, thorough, and happy to answer all of my questions and make necessary recommendations based on my injury. I did not feel rushed or overlooked. The nurse and the radiographer were also friendly and helpful as well. Overall, I would highly recommend Dr. Chan and his team.

Over-all my experience was pleasant and I was attended to by Dr Chan soon after I was ushered into the examining room. The only snag was that the online form I filled up via zocdoc didnt upload to their system so I had to write my details again. Took me about another 10 minutes.
Otherwise, it went very well.
