Great experience! Everyone I spoke with in the office was kind and helpful. Lindsay asked questions and listened well, and was great at explaining the issue and anatomy of my shoulder. I felt like I was in great hands - I went in not really knowing where to start but was given a clear explanation and a great picture of what current and future treatment plans could be.
The office contacted me prior to the appt. I explained that I only needed a referral to physical therapy and that I only wanted to see a doctor specialized in hip injuries. They said "yes" to both of my requests. When I arrived turned out that this doctor is NOT specializing in hip. For example, she could not perform an injection for the hip. She would "refer" me to another doctor (I'd have to p4y again). Also, they could not review my MRI scan (they only can read the summary, which I could do myself). I arrived on time for my appointment but when I asked to view my MRI they told me "No time, your appt started late" (tried to blame me, but I was on time). They gave me a paper list of PT places around the town. I had to call myself. When I arrived to PT - turned out that I did not need a referral. So I saw this doctor for nothing. They should've told me on the phone that I did not need a doctor appt for PT. Scam.

I was starting to lose hope after seeing many providers who were not listening to my concerns and needs. I decided to book an appointment with Lindsay, even though she’s pretty far away from my area. I was pleasantly surprised to finally find someone who really listened to me and tried to understand my situation. Lindsay was very helpful, she asked all the right questions and answered all the questions I had, even the ones I didn’t ask. I left the appointment feeling hopeful, cared for and listened to, and with new knowledge and resources to find the best treatment route for me. Highly recommend!

Friendly and efficient staff. Saw me right away, asked all the right questions, understood the nature of my injury, and gave me confidence in treatment plan and path forward. Strongly recommend for others with running-related injuries like mine.

Very thorough appointment! Friendly staff and clean clinic. Quickly got me an x-ray in the same clinic and explained my symptoms to me. Lindsay was a good listener and very approachable. She checked my finger and provided a thorough explanation of why I was experiencing pain. I had never been given this type of explanation before, and am glad I know the root cause of my pain. Highly recommended!

Great experience with Linsday Brush. She was thorough with a great bedside manner. She listened to my concerns and was able to get me in for a much needed MRI right away. In fact, she escalated my concerns timely in order to get surgery performed before a serious problem got worse. The staff at Urgently Ortho have been amazing - so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Lindsay Brush and her office were kind and ready to listen. Lindsay used some flexibility/table work to quickly assess an issue. She talked me through options and also alleviated some what-if-it's-X concerns I had. Office was clean and quiet. I loved that their staff actually read my check-in notes about my injury's context.
