Dr. Kelly De Souza clinic has a friendly and professional staff; clinic rooms for patients are clean and well equipped. Dr. Kelly De Souza is a wonderful communicator and listener. I have a severe nerve pain for an over a month and I tried so many different medical treatments. Nothing seems to work. Dr. Kelly De Souza recommendations of medications helped me to calm my pain and to sleep through the night. I am looking forward to my next visit.
