Dr. Kelly Doan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We all are unique cases and she treated me as such. I didn't feel as if she was trying to hurry to get to the next person. She listened and heard everything I said and in the end she even summarized everything I told her, what we were doing about it and more than once asked me if I had questions. Clear, concise, professional and knowledgeable.

Kelly Doan was my doctor. She heard my reasons for the visit. I did not even have to get into great detail about my conditions. She knew what would work for my conditions. She is very knowledgeable and clearly explained why I was suffering from my conditions. The staff was great and friendly.

So easy to book an appointment and complete paperwork beforehand, so that was awesome. Quick to be seen. Dr. Doan was very communicative and answered my questions. I thought there would be a more through review for my first yearly checkup there, but maybe I just don't know how things are done nowadays? Either way, happy with my experience.

I hadn't been to the doc in a long while so when I finally decided to go I had a list of questions. I was pleasantly greeted by the staff and surprised all of questions were treated seriously and options were presented. I am not exactly looking forward to some of the tests, but after discussion I'm good with the decisions made.
