“The staff were friendly, efficient and respectful. I was able to be seen promptly. The medical staff were kind and the exam was appropriate. I typically feel most comfortable going to this Urgent Care facility due to the quality of service than any other site on my area. The medical staff have provided excellent care and treatment. The follow up instructions were clear, concise and thorough. Thank you to the all the staff for their professionalism, conscientious treatment and compassionate patient care (at least in my case). Yes, I would go there again if medical care is needed. ”

My experience was a very good one. I was treated by Allison Leman who was wonderful in many ways. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and was easy to talk to. My appointment required a painful abscess to be drained. She did a great job taking care of it and talking me through it.
My wait time to be seen was only 20 minutes and I was all done and out the door less than 2 hours later. Highly recommend this Urgent Care!

I would not bother with the appointment again. I still had to wait for everyone who was there before me who did not have appointments.
Why make an appointment when protocol is to take people in order of arrival.

Tracy at the front desk was amazing. She took care of all my needs and so when I saw the PA Allison, she went above and beyond to take care of my needs and got me in right away. She was very understanding very good at diagnosing my issue and had no issues talking to me. I will go back all the time to this place.

Yes I would go back however not happy about having made a 10:30 am appt pn line the night before, arriving 15 minutes prior and waiting until 11;15 to be seen. Just thought it was a very long wait time when I had pre-registered for the appointment

The office staff was really friendly and courteous. She got me checked in and processed my payment very quickly.
Since I was very ill, I waited in the hallway so I wouldn’t get the kids and the baby in the waiting room sick. When it was my turn, the staff came out in the hallway to get me. That’s just another example of the staff’s excellent customer service.
The Provider was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. She diagnosed me very quickly and sent a script to my local pharmacy. I asked for liquid antibiotics instead of the pills as I have difficulty swallowing due to my MG. The Provider was very understanding and cancelled the script for the pills and sent a new one for liquid. I appreciated her extra care and concern.
It’s nice to know when you’re sick, there’s a place like this that you can go to and get excellent care.
