I had scheduled the appointment for basic acne care and treatment, and I was expecting a thorough evaluation along with a clear treatment plan. However, the doctor spent very little time with me, did not conduct a full skin examination, and offered no guidance on over-the-counter options such as lotions, creams, or face-care routines. Instead, I was quickly prescribed two medications without any additional explanation or effort to discuss long-term management. I don’t feel my concerns were fully addressed, nor did I receive the comprehensive care I was hoping for. Patients should feel heard and supported with clear treatment options, not just prescriptions.

She is definitely qualified, but she came across as pretty judgmental about several different things. I also felt like she didn't really give me time to ask all of my questions.
