About Kelly Williams

I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a background in nursing as well. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Dietetics from the University of Connecticut. My expectations are that my clients show up for themselves and their health and are honest. That way, I can best help you in whatever your goals may be. I’ve been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for over 5 years now. I started out as an RN but realized it wasn’t the best fit for me and that I wanted to provide more education to my clients or patients in preventative health. Being a dietitian, I do love food and trying out recipes. I also enjoy being active and getting outside, especially when the weather is nice. Please note, I am not licensed in the states of HI, IL, MA, NY, OR, PA, TX, VT, WA, and IN.
