The doctor was patient, kind, and most of all listened to my experience and expressed empathy toward me. I felt heard and understood and I feel like I have a partner in getting to the bottom of my symptoms.
This was my first time seeing Dr.Collins and she was exceptional! She looked over my previous endoscopy and colonoscopy paperwork and asked thorough questions to understand my needs. She answered all of my questions which eased my worries. I would recommend that prior to your visit you bring her your previous medical work documents along and that on the day of your visit you ask any questions you may have!
