The doctor was fantastic. She was an excellent communicator and it felt like the visit was tailored to me/my level of interest and a great match personality wise. I did not feel rushed. She was super thorough. I feel very confident in her assessment and my path forward. I will come back. The office and hospital generally leaves a lot to be desired. Parking is easy and relatively inexpensive. Check in can be done fully on an iPad with no human interaction. That being said...there was no human interaction for a full hour after I arrived (15 mins early as requested firmly). I was taken into the doctor's office room almost exactly an hour after my scheduled appointment time. At no point did any person (or iPad) communicate that there was that sort of delay. I was late to pick up my kids from school when I should have had ample time based on the appointment I booked. Perhaps booking early in the morning could avoid this?

She was a good doctor. I work with my hands and have strained them. She listened to my situation, looked at the xray and my hand, and came up with a referal to a cpt she highly recommends and a follow up visit in 3 months. The only downsides were very busy driving/parking/navigating conditions in and around the building as well as a high volume of patients.

I arrived early and was seen early. That has never happened to me before. The office seemed very organized and the doctor was very kind and thorough in her explanations.

The medical staff (doctor, nurse, and nursing assistant) were excellent. Clear, knowlegeable, answered questions, polite. Not defensive when asked questions. Having an IPad sign in procedure poses challenges to people who are not tech savvy, people who have physical and/or mental disabilities, and people who have difficulty with reading comprehension. There could be a paper or person option. Persons calling out the next patient should wait a reasonable time for a person to respond. Most patients are older than they and have because of an orthopedic issue
