Dr. Kencliffe Palmer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Northern Caribbean University (formerly West Indies College) and a Master’s degree in Physiology from The University of the West Indies in Jamaica. He earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) with high honors from Ross University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine training at Morehouse School of Medicine. Dr. Palmer’s interest in the interface of mental health and physical illness led him to pursue training in Primary Care Psychiatry at the University of California, Irvine. He integrates Behavioral Health and Addiction Medicine in his practice.
