This approach helps create personalized mental health wellness plans. My extensive experience includes managing depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and mood disorders. I provide concise and effective therapy and medication management plans. I earned my Master’s in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from the University of Nevada, Reno. I have gained success as a mental health nurse practitioner because I'm comfortable with the daily challenges and the need to constantly change my approach to match individual experiences. This requires empathy and dedication to learning about my patients’ biological, psychological, and social difficulties. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I know this can all seem scary—no need to struggle alone. I'm here to help guide you on your journey to mental health clarity.

More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

Kendra is lovely and very nice. She is straight to the point but also makes sure you understand what she is telling you. I really liked her and though it was short, I got a lot out of our meeting. I also got lots of reminders and touch ins before our meeting, which was especially helpful to me because I am very forgetful.

Dr. Butler is so kind and personable. She took the time to get to know me at my first visit and follow up two weeks later to make sure all went well with getting my medications etc. I am very happy with my switch to have her as my psychiatrist!
