“It was Ok. He left the office without telling me any health issues to look out for after performing a biopsy, cauterization and required suture on my left foot. He just said to make a follow-up appt in 2 weeks to remove suture and get results from biopsy. There were 2 other medical staff in the room and they didn’t mention anything either after he left. I know enough to keep an eye on the wound area for fever, hot to the touch, puss or
drainage etc. He came in 35 mins late for my allotted appt time, so I’m guessing he was hurrying to next patient.”

About Dr. Dale Macknet
Dr. K. Dale Macknet is a board-certified dermatologist and Mohs micrographic surgeon, practicing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology since completing his dermatology training at the University of Texas, Houston, and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in 2000. Dr. Macknet holds academic appointments as an Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology at Loma Linda University and an Associate Clinical Professor of Internal Medicine at the University of California, Riverside.
Dr. Macknet maintains membership in multiple professional organizations and is a past president of the Inland Counties Dermatologic Society. He has extensive experience in facial reconstruction following cancer surgery, diagnosis and treatment of complex skin diseases, and the management of psoriasis and other inflammatory skin disorders. He is the author of several widely-referenced publications and currently conducts clinical research on various skin diseases.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Dr. Macknet is a private pilot. He enjoys traveling, photography, and is blessed with a wife and two daughters, who fill his life with love.
