“Wonderful experience from start to finish. Admittedly I didn't really know what I was walking into at first and was woefully unprepared, this was no issue for the staff as they made me feel welcomed and accommodated me quickly. Long story short after about 30 minutes the doctor and staff were able to remove a small bead that was stuck in my ear since 2007. Sadly I didn't get to keep it but I am more than happy to have it gone! Thank you so very much”

“On this visit I was not scheduled to see Dr. Kenny Llolabachie, as I normally would. However, on my way out of his office I did run into him. He was surprised to see me and asked if everything was OK. As we were speaking, he noticed that I had received a small bite from one of my dogs. He took the time to look at it, and told me he was going to prescribe some medication for it. Even though he did not see me as his patient, he still took the time to make sure I was OK, and prescribed a cream to eliminate the chance of infection and a scar.
I have to say over the years of seeing doctors, he is by far the most caring, kind, concerned doc for his patients, even when he did not even exam at the time of vist.
I highly recommend him as one of the best docs in Forney. ”

The front desk was very busy, but I was seen right away. First, I got some scans done, and then Taylor saw me and quickly assessed my condition, reviewed the results, and explained them to me. She gave me several recommendations and levels of treatment to deal with my sinus pressure. It was pretty quick and thorough! Didn't have to wait like I usually do in Dallas.

Once in Dr office, things are always great. They need help & training for messages & phone conversations. Not sure if they use outside communication Ctr. I previously had sent text msg, no response. Then later left message with “whoever's communications. Finally had to go online to schedule appt. From then on, was great service.

Dr. Illoabachie is an Excellent ENT Specialist. He assessed my ear infection and provided the necessary treatment while in his office. He explained very clearly what the issues that were causing me problems. The modern technology available that he used helped in painlessly removing the buildup and other blockage in my ear. He used scans and imaging to help me actually see and understand the source of my infection. The entire process was very painless. I highly recommend Dr. Illoaboachie if you are in need of an ENT Specialist.

I was scheduled to be seen by Dr Kenny Iloabachie at 930 today so I called the office to see if I could get a either appointment so the office scheduled me for 8 this morning to see Taylor Webster the nurse practitioner that works with Dr Iloabachie and she was very knowledgeable and helpful showing me on the monitor and explaining the symptoms and procedures recommended to make them better she did a great job. Dr Iloabachie did come in and introduced himself he was very nice and polite. I’m looking forward to having the allergy procedure done because it’s something I’ve been dealing with for awhile and I could use some relief. I talk to my wife about my office visit and she said she would be visiting their office also. 10 out of 10
