I had a good visit at the carbon venice office with Dr Kerry Lamb the staff from beginning to end were very helpful. The doctor really listened to my concerns and what my symptoms to my visit was and recommended me what to take to get better I felt cared for and welcomed.

My appointment was great. Kerry Lamb spent a lot of time thoroughly listening to me (a trait I’ve found to be more and more rare in a doctor) and I really appreciated her bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this doctor and will be returning to see her in the future!
My one concern about the appointment was that the waiting room (in the Pasadena office) is very small, and it’s the same waiting room used for people who want to get covid tested at the same location. I wish I had been warned of this ahead of time. While I was filling out my paperwork and waiting for my appointment, three different people came in to get tested. Two of them were wearing their masks incorrectly (under their noses) and due to the size of the room this did not feel very safe to me. I actually felt bad for the receptionist… I think covid testing is very important but would have liked to instead see separate waiting rooms for people who think they may have contracted covid vs. just patients who are there to see the doctors upstairs. Maybe the office should allow people to fill out their digital forms at home ahead of their appointments so that the patients not there for covid testing can just go upstairs as soon as they arrive?

The office was very nice and modern. All the paperwork is done via a tablet which I like so don’t have to mess with papers and pens - has a clean feel to the office environment.
Each staff person was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone.
