My name is Ketrice, and I'm a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner. My career began at the bedside, but I've always maintained a passion for knowing people. I earned my Master's in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from Hofstra University, where I'm also pursuing my doctoral degree. I have experience working inpatient with the severely ill, as well as supporting those who just need some help through a rough time. I look forward to getting to know you!

Ketrice-Ann was absolutely wonderful, and was able to diagnose me quickly. However, Sol Mental Health is not the greatest company. They have poor communication: the messaging app isn't always monitored and they don't communicate well between provider and patient. There's also no real way to upload documents other than their sub-par app (I've uploaded documents to the app and my provider didn't see them). Find a way to get an appointment with Ketrice-Ann that's not through this company.

I had an initial meeting with Dr. Delonnay and look forward to meeting with her for ongoing treatment. Though I have just started, I had previously attempted to start medication management with several doctors that didn't work for me so I immediately felt at ease, heard, and supported by Dr. Ketrice. I had an in-person meeting which for me makes a big difference. The office seems to be in a shared conference/office space, but with private cubicles. In the morning, it is quiet and private when meeting with the doctor.

She’s a great listener, very friendly and non judgmental. I saw someone prior and very briefly, and our personalities didn’t match. When I met Dr. Ketrice-Ann, she matched the type of personality that would go with what I need! She is great and I’m looking forward to going back and putting the puzzle pieces together moving forward!
