The doctor is great. But the office is poorly run. I waited over an hour for my appointment. While in the exam room waiting for the doctor, I could hear every conversation the staff were having about patients - and not only were they making fun of patients, but they were shouting full names and dates of birth. I don’t recommend this location.

Dr. Kevin and his team were great, everyone was extremely nice and friendly! Dr.Kevin was very knowledgeable and helpful, he explained everything to me in clear detail and made sure I properly understood everything and provided me with instructions to help my situation. I was able to book my appointment within the next day! I highly recommend him, he also provided me with visual feedback and information about my condition and any of my concerns. 10/10 recommendation!! His staff at the Trinity locations are major sweethearts also!

Doctor Kevin Hsu was very patient, and spoke to me at my level of understanding, he explained every step so the examination and what steps we need to take to tread my condition. He made me understand that I need to take care of this to get better. He emphasize that communication is key with care. Dr. Kevin Hsu D.O. is the best ENT I've ever seen, and I have seen a great many. However, none that tackle issues and solve problems like this guy. While he's all business in the face of allergies he does have a sense of humor if you are lucky enough to catch it. Those D.O. letters after his name suggest Osteopathic training - is that why he sent me to a Neuro or Chiro to fix things he's not specialized in -and it worked?! Very cool dude, very cool office!

I had a disappointing experience at Florida E.N.T. & Allergy with Dr. Kevin H. Hsu. I went in for a blocked nasal passage and paid my copay, expecting a full evaluation. After a quick look with basic tools, I was told a proper exam required a special nasal camera. The nurse and doctor both told me my insurance wouldn’t cover it but offered to bill it anyway, saying “sometimes they pay.” It felt like I was being pressured into agreeing to something expensive with no real clarity. They knew my issue in advance—it was in the appointment notes—and should’ve warned me if the evaluation would likely cost extra. Instead, I left untreated and frustrated. The visit felt more like a business transaction than a medical appointment. If you go here, ask very specific questions about what’s covered before you commit. I expected transparency and care but walked away with neither.
