Didn’t even see him I was late after being lost in the parking lot for about 10min I first turned off on perryton rd into the apts went back played guess n check with which building he was in yes it has the suite number but it’s 3buildings there none have a good size sign then when I went in the building security greeted me and I asked about the “dr” well he’s not the attending doctor so he didn’t know until I showed him the address with the suite number bt he told me who the attending doctor was so by this time it’s 10:30 my appointment was at 10:15 they looked at me 5min after I signed in and said I have to reschedule so if they try to charge my insurance yea I’m going to have them flag it for fraud

The 1st visits warranted better ratings. However after this followup visit. Stixrud told me my teeth were not a part of my body and passive aggressively told me he asked another question when I answered his specific question. No I do not own a scale. I did not realize you were asking me if I weighed myself. He told me to set up my online portal. I did. There were no notifications of him sending in any requests to fill new medications. I called twice and 3 times before this. It seems like this office is not even making the attempts to send in a new prescription order. I also asked them for doc recommendations for other issues. None of those doctors called me. I even called one of the doctor's offices and they said they had not processed my information yet and they would call me the next week. They did not. As a female POC I'm noticing why they are not following through on any of their duties.

I like the NP however the office building is somewhat unsettling it gives silent hill horror vibes. The staff was cold not unfriendly but also not a warm welcome either.

Kevin is wonderful! Cares about you as a patient. Was extremely helpful, kind and efficient. Walked me through everything in detail. Helped me with a referral and to fill my medication same day. The office staff were very friendly, helpful and prompt as well. Overall great experience!
