Highly impressed by my visit with Dr. Jahanbakhsh ("Dr. J"). He is extremely well-trained and has a profound knowledge of all types of chronic pain. I appreciate the amount of time he spent with me going over my results and explaining all possible treatment, risks and benefits. Impeccable bed-side manner. No wait. Kind staff. Already feeling better after my first visit.

I thought Dr. J was very nice and thorough. He dedicated a good amount of time to the session and went through every detail of the story to get the most complete picture. When it came to prescribing treatment he went through all the different possibilities giving me the pros and cons. Overall, I am very satisfied with Dr. J, and plan on coming back to follow up on all my pain-related issues.

In this day people are very quick to complain and post about their negative experiences but most do not take the time to tell about a positive experience. I have had such a great experience that I wanted to share with all that visit this page in search of an excellent Pain Management Specialist…
I have suffered with extreme low back pain for quite some time now and have been to numerous doctors in an attempt to alleviate my pain. Despite my many attempts, I had had very little to no relief and I was beginning to think no hope was in sight. Naturally, my frustration continued to grow each day.
Just as I was giving up hope, a colleague of mine mentioned The Spine & Pain Institute of NY and Dr. Keyvan Jahanbakhsh. So I made an appointment with Dr. J, not expecting any real difference. Dr. J was amazing! He was one of the kindest, most compassionate doctors I had ever met. He took the time to listen to me. He explained all of my options and made everything very clear. Dr. J recommended procedure options which other doctors had never even mentioned to me. As a final effort to get rid of my pain, I gave it a try.
I am now living pain free and can go back to everything I used to do before my pain. Thank You Dr. Jahanbakhsh SO SO MUCH for taking your time with me and dedicating yourself to making me feel well.
If anyone reading this is a pain sufferer, I highly recommend Dr. Jahanbakhsh!
