Best ENT ever!!!
Dr. Makki was awesome. He knew my symptoms as soon as I told him the problem. I’d recommend anyone to go see him.
Dr Makki was great. Listen to me, examined me a provide advise and treatment.
I was very satisfied with the service I received. He was very attentive. The office staff was very nice and professional.
Accuracy of treatment or diagnosis
It took about 30 minutes for me to be seen but that was because I was about 20 minutes late. I called to let them know I was running late but they said it was no problem as long as I was there by a certain time. Had I arrived on time I believe I would have been seen faster. The Dr. & staff seemed very prompt with their appointments.
I think I waited ~35 minutes. I appreciated the Dr. taking time to listen to me and thoroughly answer my questions. He even drew pictures to make the medical language simple. I really appreciated the receptionist following-up w/my PCP re the referral b/c I had been trying to get it for ~5 days. He didn't have to do that; he could have told me to come back. Even though Dr. Makki seemed pleased to have me as a new patient, he didn't seem eager to have me to constantly come back. He told me that if I'm satisfied w/the results of the meds he prescribed, then I should be good.
Dr. Makki was excellent, I did have to wait a bit, but he was very apologetic. If I had another need for an ENT consultation, I would definitely go back.
It was good to get to see a doctor on short notice, when you are feeling so sick on short notice. I was very satisfied. Thanks Doc!!
Today was my first time seeing Dr. Makki. I was greeted with smiles by his professional staff, who attended to me right away. My wait time was short. Dr. Makki is a very nice man, very pleasant, attentive, and listened to everything I had to say. I was very pleased with my overall visit, and I would definitely recommend him to others, and continue to see him about my allergy concerns.
I have been suffering from chronic sinus problems for over a year and I felt like Dr. Makki actually took the time to listen to me instead of just prescribe me medicine to leave. I left feeling very hopeful!
Great doctor but waiting to be seen is awful
Dr. Makki is extremely friendly and tries to be relatable to his patients. My only concern with him is cleanliness. I'm not a germ phobia; however, I do like to minimize the spread of germs and risk of infection. Dr. Makki uses hand sanitizers between patients, oppose to using soap and water this is a NO NO. I also noticed he touches his face a lot and was scratching his arms, even after he used hand sanitizer and does not wear gloves. I would prefer that you have clean hands if you are going to be inserting medical instruments through my nose. Cleanliness is important to me.
Always professional and makes one feel comfortable right away.
He's very thorough in his examinations.
He Is Awesome!!!
I like Dr. Khosrow Makki, he surely knows his craft. However, I am disappointed that a patient have to pay for a copy of their medical records - that is just not right & seems unethical. Patients should not have to pay for their medical records on treatment that was rendered and paid for already; especially if it is requested to be sent to another doctor's office.
First visit went well and Dr. was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Although I had to wait a while to see Dr. Makki, his office is comfortable, his assistant most pleasant and I wasn't rushed when seen.
Very professional and caring about the issues that I brought up to him. It seem that keeping his appointments on time is a priority to him.
Dr. Khosrow is a very patient, thorough and skilled doctor. If you are having any allergy issues, he is the one to see.
Dr. Makki was professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.
Very willing to discuss details of condition and treatment leaving me feeling listened to and more informed after visit.
Dr. Makki's staff was very friendly and helpful. He was professional and thorough. After two visits I feel confident that he will find a solution to my problem.
Would highly recommend Dr. Makki to anyone in need of an ENT. Excellent doctor!!!
One thing that bothers me the most with this doctor office, the hygiene. He used reusable tool with a flash light on the tip n went into my mouth, n my nose, I was kind of worry that the thing would touch my mouth n my nose, since I noticed the thing does not have disposable tip, it did not touch my mouth since I moved my head back to avoid the thing went deeper into my mouth, but ended up touched my nostril hair a bit, n when he finished he just run a tap water for a couple of second n did not even wipe the thing off, did not put any soap, or alcohol, he did not properly disinfecting the tool. Imagine if he used it previously on someone else n used the same cleaning methode on you n me again. Seems he did not care enough to keep proper disinfecting about the tool, n your health safety. I'm not coming back.
