Kia Lambeth completed her Family Nurse Practitioner program at Grand Canyon University and is a member of the American Association for Nurse Practitioners. A Phoenix native, Kia has worked in the health care industry since adolescence. I had a good experience as a new patient and I will continue to come here for my health needs. The office was running behind and it was nearly an hour after my appointment time before I was seen. The staff was apologetic and I was thankful for that. I just feel bad for anyone who needed to get to work and were now delayed. The office was backed and due to a lot of sickness going around, I stood out in the hallway for sometime while I waited to be called in.

After months of being shuffled around from doctor to doctor at another office, I decided it was time to leave. What a great decision! The staff was very friendly, great customer service is a must for me. The NP LISTENED and explained the info thoroughly and was very attentive and ensuring all my needs would be met...looks like I've found the one!
