This provider is terrible. I booked an appointment at 12pm 01/17/2025. I completed my intake form last night and I called the office at 8:07 to confirm that everything is all set. They texted me back confirmed that they received my intake form and they will send me my appointment link later. Then at 12pm this nurse practitioner called me saying that she has an emergency that she has to reschedule my appointment. I consider it as ridiculously unprofessional. I waited an entire morning for this appointment, and they had an entire morning to let me know that they need to reschedule, but they didn't. I texted them at 11:55 asking about my appointment link, and they wait until 12pm to call me, let me know that I won't be able to see the doctor. I would never choose this provider again because they are extremely careless for their client's situation by presenting this manner.

Don’t use Orenda Psychiatric Group. After making appt for next daythey sent me 13 texts,9 emails,& 6 phone calls. harassment evolved to threat “if you don’t fill out this paperwork we will cancel your appt” i filled pit out the paperwork. they had $ questions &contacted me 3more times.Finally the zoom call revealed they’d book me w/a dif doc than promised.Then that doctor, Kimberly Walker, was late & didn’t acknowledge it. I’ve spasmodic Dysphonia which means my voice sounds strangled.I answered Kimberly only with facts deliberately not mentioning all the trouble I had w/her officeShe interpreted my voice as defensive. I explained my voice,apologized & spoke the best I could. She said I didn’t have a vocal disorder I was just defensive. I swore Id spasmodic Dysphonia she said I didn’t! She said she wouldn’t treat meIt’s dangerous for people like this be practicing and it’s also hell to deal with their administration. The experience was traumatizing, discrimination &maybe malpractice
