Very disappointing experience. I arrived at 10:45 AM for my 11:00 AM appointment after traveling nearly an hour while dealing with a back injury. I was retrieving some insurance information that the desk ask me to get. When I said just use my regular insurance. The front desk staff told me she went to speak with the doctor, and the doctor said to tell me to reschedule. That the time had passed far beyond my appointment.. I was already there early and in pain, yet my appointment was canceled and I was asked to come back another day. It felt very inconsiderate of both my time and my condition.
