“I took my toddler in for a sick visit with Dr. Pant and found his new pediatrician I didn’t know we were looking for. Dr. Pant came into our exam room respectfully, shook my husbands hand, hugged my son and I. She truly made us feel like family!! Dr. Pant took time to explain what was going on with our son and his best options for treatment. My son was so comfortable around her, he didn’t cry and even let her examine him. Like I said first, we have found a new pediatrician for my son!!”

I understand that I was 10 min late there was a detour due to a train stuck on the road. The office called me and made sure I was still on the way. We said yes. We get to the front and they asked us questions to check in and then tell us that we can’t be seen after they just called me and said it was fine
