Kristen has worked in psychiatric nursing for seven years and graduated with their advanced practice nursing degree from the University of South Alabama. They use a trauma-informed approach to mental health that includes both medication management and psychotherapy.
Kristen employs a Health at Every Size philosophy that prioritizes whole-person wellness above a weight-centric perspective.
