What should a new client know about working with you?

In our first session, we’ll discuss your concerns, history, and goals so I can understand what brings you to care and how best to support you. I’ll explain my therapeutic approach, answer your questions, and collaborate with you to outline a personalized treatment plan. You can expect a compassionate, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered from the very beginning.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My greatest strengths lie in creating a warm, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel safe to explore their experiences and challenges. I combine evidence-based methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with personalized, practical strategies tailored to each individual’s needs. This approach consistently helps clients build insight, develop effective coping skills, and achieve meaningful, lasting progress. I am best positioned to serve individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, ADHD, and life transitions who are motivated to take an active role in their healing. My ideal clients are open to self-exploration and committed to making meaningful changes that improve their emotional well-being and daily functioning. I work with those seeking clarity, balance, and practical strategies to manage symptoms, build resilience, and achieve personal growth.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
