Kristen Cook, a South Georgia native, began her healthcare journey as a Registered Nurse in 2011. With unwavering dedication, she pursued higher education, earning a master's degree in Nurse Practitioner from South University, Savannah, GA.

Appt was at 3:15 arrived on time and provided needed info. Waited 1 hr. Went to receptionist to see when I would be seen. She failed to check me in when I arrived. She talked with the nurse and she said I would have to reschedule. I had to take the afternoon off because I live 45 minutes away. My time is just as important as theirs and to be treated like I don’t matter was really insulting. Would not recommend this practice to anyone.
