Awesome experience with the doctor and staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Although the wait time was slightly longer then expected and had to wait over an hour to get my labs done, that wasn't something in anyones control. The only big problem I had was that they had no access to the ZocDoc records. I spent a decent amount of time filling out the information online and when I got there I was told I would have to fill it out again because they didn't have access to it. That was a huge bummer and set me back a lot of time. Otherwise great experience.
I had a great experience meeting with Dr. Baisden today! The wait was less than 10 minutes and the front desk nurse was very nice. Dr. Baisden listened to all my concerns and offered me several options to address them. She also has wonderful bedside manners. Highly recommend her! A+

Dr. Baisden is very professional in her treatment but at the same time very compassionate. She listen attentively to my concerns and gave me excellent feedback. I didn't feel that she was rushing to get me out of the room; it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend her.

My only complaint is the amount of time it took to see me. The medical assistant met with me right away, but it ended up being nearly an hour between arriving in the office and seeing Dr. Baisden. That said, everything about our actual appointment was great- she was thoughtful, took her time to ask me questions and hear me out, and was gentle with the exam itself.
I came in as a new patient for an annual exam. The office was busy, but the reception staff were friendly, prompt, and helpful, as was the nurse. I did not have to wait at all for Dr. Baisden, who was very polite and helpful. I'd have liked her to spend more time talking to me about my medical history, but I'm also glad the exam was quick and easy.
There was a mis-communication between Zocdoc and the office and I ended up waiting in the reception area for about 2 hours. Dr. Baisden was very apologetic during my exam. Before my next appt, I would definitely follow up with the office to make sure they scheduled me.
She was very friendly and and professional
My first appointment with Dr. Baisden was great; she reviewed my previous medical history prior to coming in and was very welcoming. The office staff was very friendly and helpful as well. Dr. Baisden is kind and patient and she seems very knowledgeable.
