The main doctor and the lady who took my blood sample were not very friendly, not rude but definitely not friendly. The receptionist and the lady who took me back to the room were very nice. I was booked for a follow up ultrasound within the week at a different office of theirs and the woman who did my ultrasound was not friendly either. This is my 1st pregnancy and my mom’s first grandchild, we were clearly excited and she was clearly very annoyed with us. We had a normal amount of excitement, we did not act as if we didn’t have any couth. Maybe because we were the last appointment of the day on the day before Thanksgiving she was ready to go and that’s why she rushed us out of there but it was still disheartening. Her behavior as well as the main doctors very nonchalant attitude turned me off to find a different doctor to build a relationship with to deliver my first child. Making patients feel comfortable and good bedside manner should be important when dealing with pregnant women.

The doctor was the consummate professional and helped me to easily understand my various options for obstetrical treatments. In other words, she discussed my options in such a way that I, as someone with no medical background, could easily understand. She is a jewel and I plan to see her again.

I made this appointment initially as a fertility consult that then turned into an appointment to confirm pregnancy! My husband and I were very excited but the provider we saw could not have cared less. She asked if we were trying to get pregnant and if this was my first pregnancy, the answer was yes to both of those questions, and the provider did not look up to congratulate us or make any positive remark to us the entire appointment. She went through the how their company runs which is that you are a patient of the organization and not a specific provider. The provider and organization felt so impersonal. The employee at the front desk was condescending when I was trying to change my ultrasound appointment and refused to let me schedule my 10 week appointment. I immediately left feeling unwell about the whole appointment, found a new provider at a different organization and called the next day to cancel my ultrasound. I will not be returning and I would not recommend this practice.
