The privider, Kristen was excellent.
The process of waiting in a crowded waiting room was unexpected. It was both disrespectctful of my time it was very non-Covid like. Sure it was barely 6 foot seperation but there ware not enough seats for all the people in the waiting room.
In filling out the ratings, 4 stars was up to a 30 minute wait. Give me a break, 4 stars should be less than a 10 minute wait like I have learned to expect in most medical appointments I attend since Covid..
