Dr. Krystel Feghali is a board-certified endocrinologist known for her compassionate approach and dedication to delivering personalized, comprehensive care. Originally from Lebanon, she earned her medical degree from Balamand University and discovered a passion for endocrinology early in her training, drawn to its rapidly evolving treatments and meaningful impact on patients’ lives. She practices in our new Plano location (Suite G20 - 6300 W Parker Rd, Plano - at the THR hospital). She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Roger Williams Medical Center, an affiliate of Boston University in Rhode Island, and went on to complete her Fellowship in Endocrinology at the University of Massachusetts Medical School – Baystate Medical Center. Her training emphasized evidence-based care and innovative approaches to managing endocrine conditions. Dr. Feghali has a special interest in thyroid disorders, diabetes management including insulin pump therapy, obesity medicine, pituitary and adrenal disorders, and osteoporosis. She is particularly focused on emerging therapies in weight management, which she finds especially rewarding for patients aiming to improve their overall health and quality of life. Her thorough, thoughtful style and strong emphasis on patient education have earned her the trust of patients and peers alike. Before joining IMAP, Dr. Feghali practiced in Rhode Island for four years and served as an Assistant Professor at Boston University, where she was recognized for her commitment to clinical teaching and simplifying complex medical topics for patients and trainees. Dr. Feghali recently relocated to Dallas with her husband and twin children to be closer to family. She is excited to join the IMAP team and serve the Plano community. Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, she welcomes patients from all backgrounds and is currently accepting new patients.
