Dr Bohm and his staff are excellent providers. Surgery went great as did therapy & follow up appointments. The only concern I have is the after hours call center. I spoke with someone named Nikki who hung up on me. I called back & was transferred to the voicemail of the office manager named Ann. I left a message but did not hear back. The call center was completely unprofessional & something needs to be done about their miscommunication with patients.

Everything was 100% with one exception. In the waiting room there was a man who obviously had mental problems. The staff closed the intake windows and shut the doors and left everybody in the waiting room with him and the police. I'm not really sure what anybody else could do. He did not appear to be a threat.

I was told multiple times prior to seeing Dr. Bohm and having surgery a few weeks ago with him that he took my insurance. I am supposed to start physical therapy in his office tomorrow but I was told they do not and have never accepted my insurance. The person who called me was rude and tried to make it seem like this was my fault even though multiple people working at this office said they do take my insurance. I would avoid this entire practice.
