Office support staff is communicative and responsive.
Provider lacks compassion, energy and bedside manner. He seemed disinterested and eager to finish the meeting. Zero energy. For a patient seeking mental health services/guidance, it’s important to feel like the person you’re taking to actually cares enough to put in some effort. Not recommend.

My original doctor cancelled the day before and said I would see a replacement. The covering doctor was a no-show and I never heard any communications from him. The office was also very slow to respond to me and provided no help at all. They simply informed me that I missed my appointment and would have to reschedule again
